I have a 1983 ford f150, it drove great, when I went to turn it on it wouldn't turn over, and the lights arnt working, why would that be? Also tryed jumping it that didn't work

Sounds like the battery. Blow the horn. If it sounds weak, it's the battery. If a battery is so far gone oftentimes a jump will not help.
