is there a gasket there.  it's blowing oil out of there

You're crank case is getting pressurized, check the EGR valve, PCV valve, or on a worse note, blowby of pistons. I'd pop the PCV valve off and check that and elbow, make sures it's not gunked up. Make sure you're not overfilled on oil too.
