i have a 1996 bmw 328is and the cam shaft position sensor just went out i replaced
that along with the valve cover seal she did not start untill i replaced the camshaft
position sensor now it runs like complete crap stalls out when you hit the gas the
motor is kinda doing a womp womp womp could this be because i jumped timing or
can you jump timing with a timing chain ? please i need help im getting tired of paying
money on a car that doesnt run i want my bwm back !

Double check that you installed the CPS correctly and or its the right one. Start there.

Since you don't know what you are doing, don't even open the hood- it is a BMW and as such, over-engineered in the way the Germans do best- just find a good BMW mechanic, already- and if you are "tired of paying money" get rid of the BMW- and don't go jumpin' into an Audi-
