Highest setting on a/c doesnt work

My a/c doesnt work on the highest setting, changed the
resistance coil and it didn't make a difference

Any ideas?

Check your thermostat it could be blocked. Just watch your temp gauge if it keeps rising it could be gone or even your heater core is bad.
