2014 Honda Accord Starter problems ( 50345mi)

Asked by Guru1HG5G Sep 11, 2019 at 04:35 PM about the 2014 Honda Accord LX

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Why does Honda ignore the issue with
their starter problems. They have
ignored for years not recalling those
cars with problems. In the process
letting customers install batteries etc.
Then saying it starter issues and
charging their customers to pay for
their faulty starters. Shame on them.
Hyundai and Kia have very good cars
and warranty.

If you search online there are class-action lawsuits against Honda for the starter issue for the 2013 to 2015 model year Accords and Crosstours. I'm not sure I would by a Hyundai or Kia instead.
