2014 chevy impala blower speed control knob

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Cannot manually turn the blower speed up or down,  all other controls work as
well as blower motor.  Only the speed knob doesn't function anymore.

Is it stuck on high? Probably a bad blower motor resistor. I suppose the switch itself could be bad.
