Hi! I have the exact problem with my car spark 2014. I had replaced the whole clutch kit and cylinders. Also transmission-oil changed. (transmission was fine). After a short while the problem reoccurred, first the clutch was beginning to feel stiff after like a 20 or 30 minutes drive. Especially in the 1st gear it get's stiffer until the clutch is stuck. And the car won't move. I had to be pushed to the side of the road in the middle of traffic. Horror. My mechanic can't find the problem, everything is hydraulic and is working he says. I have no clue what to do! If you already found a solution please let me know. Tips are more then welcome!

Hi all I have the same problem I've replaced clutch kits and all hydraulics , I had a closer look and found that the clutch slave is mounted close to the exhaust down and since its heat related I think it's got something to do with that I going to make a heat shield between exhaust and slave to try out.
