2014 Grand Cherokee Key Fobs Dead

Both 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee key fobs stopped working on the same day.  Batteries in both were replaced with new,  and still no joy.  Comments or thoughts, please?

THANK YOU. I suspected as much. What would / should a dealer charge for this?

Take your fab and press it to the start button to start and see if that fixes the problem
