looking for used cars that belong to private owner not dealers what do i do,

It can be hard to find cars these days through PP and not dealers just check C-List, Cargurus and hit them with the normal questions of are you the original owner, how long have you had it, why are you selling it and if you get any BS back or they are hesitant to tell you you will know right away that they are a dealer, broker or flipper also Carfax is pretty good about stating when the car was last sold and 1 more thing is check the title and make sure it is them on it due to the fact a lot of flippers will roll titles and not sign them..
