Anyone know of a good vendor for replacement wiring harness for passenger
side door and power control?

That old, a wrecking yard for the harness, or rewire it one wire at a time, it is time consuming and can get frustrating but I have done it when needed, the trick is not to make any wiring joints you don’t have to make, use one wire all the way through the tunnel, soldering and shrink wrapping as you go. Now you might find an aftermarket supplier for the control switches, possibly Dorman.
