My 2013 Honda Civic is at 15% oil life but j need to drive to LA like two-three hour trip I added some oil to my car but it didn't change from 15% I don't know why?

Adding oil will not change the oil life indicator. The 15% is calculated by the computer using a special algorithm. Nothing to worry about.
