truck wont start by the key and nothing works...no radio no power windows or door locks

the truck had a 3.9 liter computer plugged into it...i chnaged it back to the one for the truck..it wont start unless you jump the starter with the key on and nothing works as far as power windows and locks and no radio as well...any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...thanx , john

sounds like you prolly fried the power distribution box
