2013 Honda Crosstour bought it a week ago and last Monday it stormed here I drove car home in the storm got out and went inside for a couple hours came out and all my windows sunfof open car flooded

You must have inadvertantly pushed and held down the unlock button on the key fob making all the windows and sunroof to open. There is an option to do so, to open the windows and sunroof before approaching the car on a hot day.
