2013 F250 super duty electrical problem: left key on, now dead, tried jumping, but absolutely no power in vehicle. Checked fuses. How do I check the relay?

Left key on overnight.  Batteries are only one year old.  Tried jumping but
absolutely no power anywhere.   Checked vehicle power fuses, all good.  How
do I check relay.

Running batteries down stone cold can kill them dead. I would try charging them for several hours.
