My 91 stealth rt tt the gauge is reading like -7 in boost so im not getting boost

My gauge is reading no boost even if i press the

well you don't boost until you have load an rpms on the engine and the stock boost gauge is junk anyways,,, but it should read something though, but I do suggest getting a real gauge in there for boost,, that being said you most likely have a boost leak somethere, check all your intake and turbo pipes for leaks

I check everything a i had a vacuum leak so i fix it but now when i step on the gas the car feels like its going to turn off but i can see the turbos

you should make a leak tester and see if theres any other boost leaks,, also is there any CELs on in the dash ? with out CEL (check engine light) its hard to diagnose what could be causing the sluggish performance, id start with the boost leak tester though as its good to test that once in awhile anyway and if leaking will mess up your performance,, heres a link on to make a boost leak tester www.stealth316.com/2-pressuretester.htm

oh I forgot to ask what octane rating your running for gas, you should never run lower then 91 octane
