2003 mach 1 started felt like it ran out of gas. will not restart

when I started the car, it would not take any throttle, then stalled. Will not
restart

Try spraying some starting fluid down the throttle body see if it fires up. If so then check the fuel pressure, may be a bad fuel pump.
