I am assuming u are selling a car or truck? If so, then draft up a contract agreement that ur selling 1988 Chev Cavalier.....with Serial number.... name the options. and name the condition of the car. Mark the selling price on there as well. Place both your name and the buyers name at the bottom. Sign and date....have 2 copies printed up from ur laptop one for each of you. - take off your plates - clean out your car glove box and trunk - clip the white part of title change and send to the state....who the new owner is (cover yourself) - Sign the title after the money is received Hope this helps
