i have a 1989 chevy caprice when i try to start it it turn over but wont fire up charged the battery put brand new coil pack distributor cap and rotor bug on

If battery is ok, spray some quick start in the throttle body to see if it'll start for a bit, if it does, it means it's not getting fuel past the injectors. Check fuel filter,check fuel pressure. If fuel is ok, replace crankshaft sensor. If it doesn't start by spraying quick start, check spark on spark plugs. If spark is ok, check timing and if timing is ok, do a compression test
