where is the computer located on a 1992 Dodge Stealth?

The car died during operation,then it had to sit a while before  re start.Now it will not start
at all.A mechanic checked it out and said fuel pump was bad.Replaced fuel filter and
pump yet the car still doesn t run .i have read some about faulty capacitors related to ECN
board on the computer Where is this located?

This is located behind the center console mounted to the firewall and floorpan.
