Should I repair? 1988 Eldorado

Asked by rtalamantez Jan 20, 2019 at 09:45 PM about the 1988 Cadillac Eldorado Coupe FWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 1988 Cadillac Eldorado that
was my dads. It needs a lot of work,
but when I had it running I loved it. I
need opinions on if I should get it
going or not. I don't know if I'm to
attached to the car to let it go. What
would you do in my spot?

Sub question: does anyone know
where to get a replacement the
instrument cluster?

I would go ahead and make it a project. Old cars like that are fun to work on and the feeling you get when getting it back on the road after putting in all that work is definitely worth the time and effort.
