Thermostat is stuck, the radiator and/or heater core are plugged.
If you just replaced it did you properly burp the air pockets out of the cooling system?

I have a 2000 deville base. Is there a hose at the bottom of the radiator? I did a flush and fill and replaced the thermostat. I also drained the coolant from where the thermostat is.

What are the signs of a plugged radiator? I have a 2000 deville, the upper hose gets hot and the bottom hose where the thermostat is cooler.
