A total of 71303 1965 Mustang Fastback Standard were built. The Blue on Blue vinyl interior was designated as code 82. Because of many orders for interior colors were cancelled or changed, the actual number of cars with a particular interior color is not available. An article that I read years ago, estimated the number of 1965 fastback with the blue vinyl "crinkled" interior at about 7000, but there is no way to verify this claim. This is the best I can do for you after reviewing the documents I have.
