Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My passenger window in my 1987 Buick
rivearra won't roll up. I think it is a problem
with the switch but not sure. Is there a way I
can bypass the switch to see if that is the
problem?

Hit the switch and see if you hear the motor if you do then the switch is fine now I'm gonna confuse you it could be the driver switch that could be the problem the best thing to do is get a jumper wire

i've had the problem before.... the plastic that hits the switch is crushed from age. remove the assembly and fabricate / rebuild a bump to push the contact down.
