Car runs hot after about 10 mins. driving..

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Have installed new water pump / heat temperature sensor / fan resistor
relay..Boils over after 10 mins. of running..Fills up reserve fill tank with lots of
pressure..Temperature gage only goes up to half way when it get hot..Have
flushed out radiator and heater core, they seem fine..Head gasket is o.k...Have
good compression on all 4 cyl...What is the problem ??

My two ideas are that there is air trapped in the system and needs a burping and the second is possible faulty thermostat. When you try to bleed the air make sure the heater is on to get all the circulation going on. GooD Luck!
