should I drain and fill up the oil in transmission or do the full flush for prius 2013?

Transmission flushes are never recommended as it causes more problems than what it is worth. Just a fluid and filter change is necessary.

This is even more true in the Prius. The HSD hybrid synergy drive is unlike traditional automatic transmissions. There is no torque converter to flush and no reason to flush the 'transmission'.
