Cooling off a turbo?

I have a  2.0 l direct injection turbo. Do i
need to let it cool off? Someone told me
that. Just bought a turbo for the first time.

After you get done driving to where you are going, let the engine idle for a couple of minutes. This will help cool the turbo and make it last longer. Also always run synthetic motor oil in vehicles that have turbos.
