How do I look up a card model and make sold by owner and not a dealer?

Im trying to look up an ad on a Toyota Prius V  with persona package that was listed at
18,200 in Laguna Hills.

The car probably has been sold if no longer listed. I don't think you can look it up if private party removed ad.
