Water is leaking onto the drivers side
carpets.. front and back. Having issues with
breathing while driving due to intense mold
smell.

It wouldn’t leak on the drivers side I heard. The windshield was replaced 3 weeks after I got the car because there was a chip on it.

Check the door and window seals. I would pull the carpet out until the leak is fixed. Once you get it dried out you can install new carpet.
