CVT TRANSMISSION FAILURE

I have a 2013 nissan sentra with 67k miles and a
failing cvt transmission, is there anyway I can get
nissan to fix it without coming out of pocket?

I doubt it. You can try pleading with the Nissan service manager or corporate. I know Nissan extended the warranties on the CVT to 10 years and 100K miles for the 2007 to 2010 model years. Your's is way outside of that. and your above the 5 year 60K mile regular warranty. They might help you with some of the cost due to you being just over the 60K. But don't expect it to be free.
