Question type: Maintenance & Repair

All controls on heater and ac are working fine, it is just not cooling or heating efficiently. How to install if sensor or sensors are bad?

If the coil is blocked with leaves and debris, this would cause low airflow in both heating and cooling, making it seem that it is cooling and heating less efficiently. It would be worth checking to make sure the coil is not blocked.
