Which engine do you have in the Dak? I believe that in 1993, you had a choice of either a 4 or 6 cylinder. In any case, you'll have to locate TDC, mark it and then make adjustments. The bolt holding the distributor is 13 mm. I would pull the #1 spark plug, bring it to TDC where the rotor is point at #1 piston, then go from there. If there's a lot of dirt and grease on the harmonic balancer, I would soak it in Simple Green and then wash it off in order to locate the factory markings. You should be able to find better instructions on line or in either a Haynes or Chilton manual on your particular vehicle. Good Luck! /r Martin
