found a 1987 2 door convertible 5.0 V8 mustage for sale. Needs brakes. How much should I offer?

Miles? Trans? Well I would definitly use the need for brakes as a bargining chip. The new top and stock is definitly a plus. Not knowing what your budget is and the full info on the car makes it hard to price, but I've seen enough of these in my local market in the $3500 to $4500 range for decent examples just to give you an idea.
