Have 2003 Ford Escape replaced alternator, battery, fuel filter no check engine light no pending codes or current codes. Vehicle will bog and putter like its starving for fuel then cluster will go crazy all the gauges go crazy then 5 secs or so go back to normal. Vehicle will idle little low have also replaced Idle air valve, map sensor, cleaned throttle body several times clueless this time.

It might be hard to just throw an answer out there with running some sort of diagnostics on the vehicle, I could suggest as a starting point making sure the ECM is fully plugged in and corrosion free, clean the harness connector and use some dielectric grease.
