Can I put stop leak in my 2003 ford escape for the radiator . Every day I have to put water in the coolant

Yes you COULD just be for warned, you may stop the leaking but you will also clog up otherwise perfectly clear cooling passages. If you insist on using the stop leak put in small amounts at a time. Not the whole thing at once.

Get the leak fixed. BoholMark is right it will clog up.

fix the leak (used to use pepper in the day when nothing was available with the army ) radior =waterpump = upper//lower rad hose
