I bought a new battery they have tested the alternator and its good but the battery keeps draining .I drove the car without the radio ..decided to turn it on as I was driving on the highway the lights started flickering the car went dead and I sat for 15 min and it started but still couldn't drive

Did you play the radio loud? If you ply the radio loud it takes more battery, Try the radio at low volume and no head lights. The lights will drain your radio.
