AFTER A 1/2 HOUR OR SO DRIVE, I SHUT IT OFF AND IT WONT START (NO
SPARK) . LET IT COOL DOWN AND IT STARTS RIGHT UP. CRAZY.  ALMOST

Could be a bad relay but id test the crankshaft position sensor when cold then again once it wont start, if its beyind its values watch it until it comes back down then try starting it again. Youll be reading the resistance in ohms, I'm not sure of the exact numbers you're looking for but they shouldn't be hard to find on a Dodge forum
