how do I reset the service indicator after I service my 323 1999 convertable?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

II do my own service but I am tired of looking at the service indicator when I star the car.  Can I reset his myself? Or do I have to keep looking at the thing?  Help,

this does not appear to work on the 1999 model. some of what you say is true but the display and sequence is different. any other suggestions? John

Oh my bad you have a convert my bad you will need a special tool to do it. Bavarian auto .com sells a tool for this.
