Blower Fan

Asked by KurtW1975 Jul 12, 2019 at 09:02 AM about the 2013 Ford F-150 FX2 SuperCrew

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I had a coolant leak from the water pump.  Changed the pump and a couple of
hoses out and once I put it back together the fan runs on high consistently.  Any
ideas about what changed?

If we are talking radiator cooling fans, yes, they will run on high as long as the A/C or Defrost functions are turned on. You may have just noticed it runs that way. Or if the fan relay is stuck, it will run all the time.
