On an 89 Ford Bronco with 5.0L, how many amps run through the 2 yellow power wires from the starter relay (engine bay, passenger fender wall) to the ignition switch (top of steering column)?

Question type: Car Customization

Due to repeated problems with the ignition actuator breaking and the actuator rod bending, I'm
considering making a push start button ignition system with a couple toggles for accessory power
and EEC/engine control, a button to start the vehicle, 1 hidden switch for security purposes, and an
in-line fuse.

The wires are 12 gauge. How many amps are running through the 2 yellow power wires?

What amp rating hardware would be a safe bet to use? 10a, 20a, 30a, 40a?
