One at a time, install anti squirts on all rockers except the one your adjusting, back off locking nut till slight click is audible then slowly turn down( clockwise) till noise quitens do it slowly! While engine idles, do not exceed 1/2 - turn or 180 degrees. This only applys to adjustable type hydraulic lifter engines!!!!!!! It's called 0 degrees clearance. Get a professional to perform this , you can create more problems than you fix if you do this project wrong. Hopes this answers the question you asked . Tooloose said that.
