1985 ford bronco 5.0 wont start unless ethers is
sprayed in the throttle body then dies immediately.
Replaced the intank fuel pump and siderail fuel
pump. Any ideas?

Are you actually getting high pressure fuel to the throttle body? If OK check fuses if OK unplug throttle body and put a test light between the connector terminals then crank the engine while observing the light it should be flashing if not get to a scanner to check for codes, I assume you changed the filter. I hope this helps

Fuel related if it runs with a fuel source sprayed into carburetor or throttle body. Check fuel pressure.
