Is there a way to disable anti theft system in a 1995 dodge stealth?

Put a new ignition lock cyclnder in my car, everything comes but it won't start. When I put
the key in the ignition there is a ticking sound, like a turning signal, when it stops all the
doors lock. Not sure what to do next

look for it in the fuse secton in your owners manual af it is comected to anything of importanc Abs wheel speed sensors do not if it isn't you should be able to take it out
