I can spin distributor fast enough to make it work
out of the motor but the motor is to slow to make it
spark? Tried a jump and rotor does spin.

Everything seems perfect heat sink aan ground does the spark plug wires need changed and plugs gapped just to see it work? I have it popping once in a few cranks.
