Question type: Maintenance & Repair

So after running sea foam a couple weeks back my car started this new thing where after a short drive when I come to a
complete stop, then try to take off again it won't get gas right and will start kind of surging. It idles perfectly, there are no
vacuum leaks, i just changed the coil pack and the spark plugs.

Sounds to me like a problem with your emissions controls. Read the trouble codes to find a bad sensor or two, and possible O2 sensor.

^In the vacuum line. Had used it in a couple other cars before with a good turn out. What should i use to read the codes? Car has OBD1.
