Can I take a pre bored head off a 95 talon tsi and straight swap it to my 95 avenger? they both have the 2.0 DOHC.

No you can't. the TSi is the 4g63 engine. the avenger is the 420a engine. if you look at the engines, the head is not even in the same direction. the 420a has the timing belt on the passanger side, the 4g63 has the timing belt on the drivers side. bottom line: no. never. don't waste your money.
