I have a 89 Toyota Camry in the back passenger side brake is grabbing

DONT look at the one grabbing thats the one that works. look at the other side . jack up the rear have a friend lightly apply the brake spin tires by hand one at a time. ill bet one side works and the other does not. if you take the drums off inspect for wet or leaking wheel cylinders. also those brake linings make sure they havent come loose from the shoe. oh yea if alot of fluid is found DO A COMPLETE BRAKE JOB ON THE REAR.
