Thumping noise

I thumping or a thud noise that matches the
revolution speed of the wheels.Running or
not running while coasting or in gear,clutch in
or out, 80,000 miles

I 200 miles ago before any problems replaced tires new polished alloy wheels news . Have professionally had done any questionable ball joints, wheel bearings , brakes and rotors, and still know different, a 2nd repair shop couldn’t find it, know it is at ford dealership and still can not find

Sorry I have driven on the new wheels and tires over two hundred miles with know problem
