my truck has been sitting for over a year and now
my headlights don't work at all

Nissan pickups have individual headlight fuses. Check fuse box for specific headlight fuse status. Hope this helps.

thanks joejam. the fuses were the first thing I checked. I took it to a mechanic and he traced it to a wire that I guess I had inadvertently put on the wrong battery terminal!
