I have a Nissan 240SX 1989.  It has a rebuilt engine.  After the engine was
rebuilt it ran for about six months and then did not want to work.  The body of
the car is in good condition.  The car is automatic and has a sunroof.  What's a
fair price for the car?

Not running, I would say $50 - $200. It is a 30 year old car.
