Have replaced the BCM module on my 1996 Dodge Caravan 3.8 ltr 3 times and the wipers will not work again.

windshield wipers will not work.  have replaces, BCM, wiper/turn signal switch, ignition switch, ignition lock set, tested all relays, fuses all good.  left turn indicator works on and off...If I click the high/low headlight arm on and off 6-8 times, the turn signal sometimes will begin to work.

on most or the cars, when the body control module (bcm) is replaced you need to take it to the dealer to be programed.

clogged water drain valve in the windshield wiper motor bay will flood it and corrode the whole motor. check it.
